Renee Petteruti - Certified Personal Trainer
Born to run? Maybe, but it wasn't until Renee Petteruti added pumping iron both the free weights and selectorized variety that she got the kind of results she sought. Renee became interested in fitness in the early 90's and began working out at Gibson's. While for Renee the perfect day off includes a twelve to fifteen mile run, she steers her many training clients to a varied and balanced fitness program that includes mobility, strength and endurance activities.
Renee has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a New Jersey real estate license, in addition to being a NASM certified personal trainer here at Gibson's Gym. She seeks out clients with all levels of fitness experience, and is able to relate to, and design programs for, all of them. When not working here at the gym or running, Renee pursues a slew of activities, acknowledging a strong preference for wide open spaces. |

I have been an athlete all of my life but was never really a "Physically Fit" athlete. Turned my life around in 2006 when I started taking the Les Mills Programs, lost 70 lbs., became certified to instruct 3 of the programs (RPM 10/2007, BodyPump 02/2009 & BodyStep 02/2008) and will never turn back!!Live in Washington, NJ and work full-time as a Catering Director at a restaurant in Chester, NJ. I have a degree from Morris County College in Chemistry and I am studying to become a Personal Trainer. I have a beautiful wife, Aubrey, and two handsome Labrador Retrievers, Dozer (5 yr. old Chocolate) and Marley (3 yr. old Yellow). When you're at Gibson's and a buzzed cut, going grey, smiling guy is bugging you to take Group Fitness classes, as you are on your stationary bike or treadmill, it's probably me...so give it a try cause I don't give up easily!!
