Jason has been a personal trainer and coach dating back to 2002. After becoming certified by the International Fitness Association he quickly advanced his skills and began offering strength and conditioning for athletes. He volunteered a season as Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Lafayette College wrestling team which eventually led him to a dual position as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Assistant Wrestling Coach at Centenary College. His personal powerlifting accomplishments include winning the 2006 IPA World Championships and set 4 World Records in his division. Jay then placed 3rd at the 2007 IPA Nationals and 2nd at the 2008 IPA Worlds with a 570 lbs. bench press. He currently still holds the PA State bench press record. Jay is a very well rounded trainer who offers everything from general fitness to athletic performance to martial arts training. He always looks forward to helping new clients reach their health and fitness goals.
