Rachel is a personal trainer and Parisi Speed School coach with a strong background in fitness and athletic performance. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science in 2020. At UVM, she was a four year letter winner for their Division 1 field hockey program. While interning at the school’s athletic performance center, she fell in love with the process of creating sport specific training programs, and watching her athletes excel in all areas of fitness. Rachel believes that people of all ages, regardless if they are an avid gym-goer or a beginner, has the ability to exceed their individual fitness expectations. She is excited to offer her guidance and knowledge to help her clients reach their goals and support their overall well-being, all while making exercise enjoyable.
