LES MILLS SPRINT™ is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. LES MILLS SH’BAM™ – A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
Pilates – This popular form of exercise sculpts long, lean muscles and focuses on strengthening the “powerhouse” – the muscles on the front and back of the trunk. Pilates training also improves posture and flexibility. (55 minutes)
Tai-Chi – Come and improve your balance confidence and leg strength, increase your range of motion, improve your mind – body awareness and learn some relaxation breathing exercises. These classes are a mix of leg strength and balance building movements, overall mobility / range of motion exercises based in Tai Chi and Qigong theory of slow, gentle, controlled movement, and of course learning to breath in conjunction with the patterns and forms. Yoga – The Sanskrit word yoga means ‘yoke’. This 5,000 year old practice yokes (or joins) mind, body, and spirit in a holistic approach to exercise which reduces stress, improves circulation, and increases strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. (55 minutes)
