Still going strong at 38 weeks pregnant!
Exercising throughout my pregnancy is one of the best things that I did, and came highly endorsed by my doctor. Gibsons provided me with a meal plan for pregnant women which allowed me to make positive eating choices keeping my energy up and my weight gain at a healthy level. Seeing Sarah each week kept me accountable and motivated which I know will allow me to achieve my pre-pregnancy weight goal after delivery.
