My life before Gibsons Fitness consisted of Chinese food, easy mac, lots of Taco Bell and little to no physical activity. I decided to join Gibsons after my mother got her membership. I immediately came in doubting myself. I was embarrassed about how I looked while working out in front of others and because I was struggling to do a lot of the workouts. Two weeks into my time at the gym, I signed up for a Personal Trainer. That was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Besides the fact that my trainer showed me exercises I would have never known to do on my own, he also motivated me and pushed me beyond my limits. I’ve lost 130 lbs and I could not be happier with the progress I have made.
I have Gibsons, my personal trainer and my family to thank for their support and motivation, because without that, I would have never have gotten this far. I would also like to thank my fellow gym members that have given me compliments on how much weight I have lost. You have all made me feel more amazing then you will ever realize!
