I became a member of Gibsons Fitness following a fit study program that began in May of 2011. I tended to be the type of member that just got here when I could, and did moderate exercise. I began training with Scott shortly after, and started to see results. Unfortunately, life happens, there is little time for exercise, and I find myself in the summer of 2014 weighing the most I have ever weighed in my life. Having decided it was time to take control again, I signed up for the Biggest Loser contest and began training with Scott again. 8 weeks later, I am not only down 30+ pounds, but I had the best experience possible.
Training with Scott not only helped me lose the weight I desperately needed to lose, but it gave me a new outlook on life. Scott does not just tell me what to do; he explains the benefits of the workout. He challenges me, and forces me out of my comfort zone while remaining positive and motivating at all times. He has taught me so much about the healthy way to lose weight, and the importance of creating a balance between my eating and my exercise. Choosing to train with Scott was the best decision I could have made. It gave me the confidence I needed to take control and live a healthy and fit lifestyle.
